The apartment building will not only be exceptional in its appearance, but it will provide the flat owners with a sense of prestige and luxury thanks to the ecological concept of the building. Heating will be ensured using heat pumps and in the summer months, the system will provide cooling for selected apartments. The eco-conscious character of the house will be shown outwards thanks to a green roof. The windows will be equipped for the installation of outside window blinds.
Electromobility
When designing the apartment building, we thought of everything. Each storage cubicle will be equipped with a socket - for example for charging your electric bike. We can also outfit a standard socket at your parking space or equip it with Wallbox, a full-blown charging station for an electric car.
Recuperation
Comfort ventilation systems ensure optimal air exchange, which is controlled automatically according to individual requirements. The system continuously supplies fresh, clean air to the interior and removes the exhaled, consumed air. Thanks to highly efficient heat recovery (up to 95%), significant savings in heating costs can be achieved.
